Scott Ferrell | Senior Project Manager
Scott brings 31 years of building experience from building new construction homes, and custom additions. In addition to that he has a wide knowledge base and skill set geared toward complete fire, water, and wind restoration.

Eric Biermann | Project Manager
Eric has 20 years of construction experience and was previously self-employed for 8 years doing remodels and additions.
In his free time, Eric likes camping with family and fly fishing. He is also an avid muskie fisherman!
What brought me to URS was the chance to challenge myself every day and work with the best in the industry to help better myself and help grow the company.

Jeremy Gopp | Project Manager
Jeremy has 20 years of construction experience, including 10 years specializing in fire and water restoration. As a former police officer, he brings a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail to his work.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys fishing, hiking, and cheering on his daughter at lacrosse games and his son on the basketball court.


Rebecca Grigsby | Assistant Project Manager
Rebecca has been in the insurance industry since 2005. Since 2005 she has gained valuable experience in all aspects of insurance, mitigation, and restoration. She has helped many homeowners through tough losses and is passionate about helping people by guiding them through unexpected events. She is always willing to step in and help wherever it is needed!
Outside of work Rebecca spends time with her husband and 4 boys. She keeps busy with volunteering at her children’s school, the Boy Scouts which all her sons are very active in and camping with friends.

Erin Haws | Accounts Receivable Coordinator
During the week, you can find Erin answering customer phone calls, responding to Insurance agent, and clients regarding their claims, while providing information about the services the company provides. Because of her growing experience in the restoration industry, she is highly dedicated to her job.
Erin believes that providing an exceptional experience for every customer she speaks with creates a positive experience for that client. In addition, she is passionate about supporting her teammates working within the restoration industry.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, two dogs, camping, and backpacking.


Shelley King | Senior Estimator
Shelley King is our Senior Estimator at Unified Restoration Systems. She has a decade of valuable expertise in the estimation industry, is highly skilled in using Xactimate software for accurate loss representation and estimation, and holds a Florida Adjuster's License.
When not working her full time job, she is writing estimates for local contractors. In her down time Shelly likes to spend time with Family and Friends

Don Maierhofer | Sales and Marketing
Don is in Sales and Marketing in the Restoration/Reconstruction Department. He has been in the insurance industry since 1985. He works as a liaison between the owner and insurance company to come to a mutual agreement.
Don is married with two children and two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Harold Rozak | Reconstruction Manager
Harold has worked over 30 years in construction, the last 12 being in the restoration field. He particularly likes helping clients resolve their issues and restoring their properties.
Outside of work Harold is actively involved in his community of Doylestown and serves on Village Council.
Harold has been married for 35 years and has 3 kids and 3 grandkids that keep him active!

Lori Miller | Bookkeeper
As our Bookkeeper, Lori oversees the day-to-day accounting operations of Unified Restoration Systems.
Lori has been in the restoration business for 9 years and she has 25 years in accounting/bookkeeping. She is currently tasked with the responsibilities of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashflow, Payroll and Collections.
In Lori’s spare time she enjoys her children and grandchildren alongside her husband. She keeps busy with crafting and church. She has been a member of Grace Church – Norton Campus for 8 years.

Kevin Monty | Senior Estimator
Kevin is always passionate about helping others, regardless of the size of the reconstruction project or the damage caused!
Kevin is married and has five children—four daughters and one son. He also has a dog named Beau.
In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors by kayaking and golfing. During downtime he enjoys watching Formula 1 racing.

Alyssa Garbinsky | Marketing Manager
Alyssa oversees all marketing efforts for our four divisions and manages our social media accounts. She’s passionate about marketing and constantly looks for innovative ways to help each company grow.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She stays extra busy keeping up with her active son and her three pets—two cats, Ollie and Leo, and a dog named Jax.

Brittani Frick | Office Administrator
Brittani has over five years of office experience and is dedicated to creating meaningful connections with clients to ensure a positive, seamless experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors. Brittani also loves traveling, discovering new coffee shops, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
